Swedish furniture retail giant appoints Line for email marketing campaign
Line has won a three-way pitch to design, build and send email marketing for IKEA as part of their IKEA FAMILY customer loyalty concept.
The project is part of a UK trial for IKEA branches to control their own marketing based around in-store promotions and events. IKEA Edinburgh is being used as the first store to evaluate the new approach, and to gauge how effective localised email marketing can be for the furniture retailer.
