The Drum announce Line as Scottish New Media Agency of the Year
The Drum, Scotland's most respected marketing and design trade magazine, have awarded the title of "New Media Agency of the Year 2006" to Line in their New Years honours list. The list features the top Scottish agencies, by discipline, based on the quality of their work over the preceding 12 months.
Managing Director Ross Laurie said, We're obviously delighted to have been recognised by a magazine as prestigious as The Drum for our work over the last 12 months, especially with the great competition from other digital agencies. We rarely enter awards in Scotland as the judging categories are too vague and assume that all websites and digital work is the same, so this is actually more credible than anything we could have entered (in Scotland). My thanks go out to our team and our clients who have all made 2006 a very interesting and enjoyable year for us. We are likely to see even more of a switch to digital in 2007 so this [award] gives us a good platform to shout from to ensure we continue to capitalise on the continued growth of our industry.
