Line Directors complete management buy-out
Line concluded the buy-back of the shares held by start-up investment company, Future 19, meaning the company is now 100% owned by its four directors. We would like to thank Chris Grant and his team at Future 19 who have been instrumental in helping Line grow over the last 3 years to the agency it is now.
Managing Director Ross Laurie said, Chris's backing and advice have been crucial in helping get Line to where it now is. He was there right at the start for us and we can't thank him enough. We are now, though, at a stage in our evolution where it's best for the company to be fully owned by its directors. We will continue to expand and take on staff as and when necessary and when we can find people who we think are good enough to join the team.
Line are now focussed on becoming one of the key British digital agencies and plan to capitalise on the new, but long overdue, "swing" to digital communications. We're just warming up.
